And the #1 reason I can't drive my car?

Well, I know I'm forbidden to drive but this little groundhog has decided to take up residence on my tire. I don't know who was more scared the groundhog or us when we found him. Did you know they growl when they feel threatened? The story behind this little guy is too funny. He must have crept into my garage the day before when the door was left open. My grandchildren came into my house the next day saying they heard some noises in the garage so, we went in to investigate. Well when we were all looking around the furry critter crept out and curled up by the front bricks. My grandson (knight in shinning armor that he is) decided to chase him away. He ran alright! Right at me! I screamed, ran inside and slammed the door just intime. After a few minutes, I peeked out and saw my grandaughter inside my car and my grandson over at his own house next door. I guess when critter ran we all did! We hunted and hunted but could not find him. After awhile my grandaughter says as she walks over to the car again, "oh my God it's on the tire!" Lo and behold it was and it stayed for a while even tho we offered it apples. Eventually he scurried out and ran next door. Haven't seen him since. But we always check our tires now whenever we go out!

Paulette you are a riot. Did you come up with the speak chinese stuff? I love it. Anyway about the groundhog... we had a guy come over to catch our groundhog who had babies. He has been ther for 6 years and never bothered us untill babies came along. They do hiss and groul as mike found out. That is when we decided to call someone. We caoght the Mom and one baby. She had 5 used teats so we thought for sure we would catch more. Well the next morning we had something in the have a hart trap but it wasn't a groundhog but a possum. They are the ugliest creatures. It was a male. WE tried again to catch more groundhogs but again we caught possums. 3 Male possums in all and 1 baby about 1 month old. Come to find out possums are very territorial and having 3 males in your yard is very strange. The groundhog cather guy called a biologist who was stump as to why we would have som many males in the area. They can growl pretty loud also. Your picture is awesome. xoxo Angie

I came up with the title sans the rest. I think I got it from Funhour.com or one of those joke sites. Possums huh? Yeah they are ugly but I do love the way they carry their babies on their backs. Thanks for the comments Ang. Come back and visit again.
