Low Carbing it works!

I've been elated with the results of my latest battle with the bulge. I've been low-carbing ala my own rules and it's working! I lost 15 lbs in 3 weeks! I know that it is going to start slowing down and that's ok. I'd rather lose the rest gradually and keep it off. A big plus was that I like cottage cheese, I eat 1 cup of it a day and take a calcium supp. Working like a charm. And, I can have all the ice coffee I want! Life is good.

I do the low carb WOE also but I still struggle. Sigh.
